Abstract :

 

Body practices such as Yoga address the body to unify the individual and develop self-awareness. Body sensitivity is at the center of this educational process and its educability at the heart of teachers’ concerns. Perceptive psychopedagogy offers a pedagogy that places perception as the center of the relationship to oneself. This article presents its principles, its means to build a perceptual pedagogy and its interest for the practice of Yoga.
